Hi there! Have some questions about our company?  Find the answers below. 

  • How long does it take to dry?

    Depending on the type of carpet, and the "indoor weather" conditions, 8-24 hours.

  • What will help it to dry more quickly?

    Airflow Is key- turning on fans, and depending on the season, opening windows or turning up the heater will speed the drying process.

  • Can I walk on the carpet while It's damp?

    Walking on the carpet while It's damp is not recommended, as it can cause rapid re-soiling and re-appearance of stains.

  • Should we vacuum the carpet before you arrive?

    Yes, if at all possible; especially if you have pets, as pet hair needs to be removed before the cleaning process.

  • Do you move furniture?

    We will move small items, such as end/ side tables, fans, pet beds, lamps, dining room chairs, etc. For Insurance reasons, we do NOT move: Heavy furniture of any kind, such as couches, sofa beds, entertainment centers, bookcases, beds, pool tables, etc.; breakable Items; electronics; or personal belongings. Please feel free to move anything you would like cleaned under/behind prior to our arrival.

  • When can we put the furniture back on the carpet?

    Any furniture with metal on the bottom can cause the damp carpet to rust, and should not be placed back on the carpet until It is dry, without carpet "coasters" underneath (we can provide you with some If need be).

  • Do we need to be home?

    No, you do not. We are fully bonded and Insured: and we routinely gain access to homes via lockboxes, door codes, or keys provided by your representative.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Currently, we accept cash (in person), checks, or credit/debit cards. Unless you have a pre-arrangement with us, payment Is due upon services rendered. If you are not present, we will take your card Info over the phone, prior to starting the job.

  • What are your business hours?

    M-F, 9-5
